Issued during the 57th Exfilna and the 6th European Collecting Convention, held in Santander in 2019. 

It contains four stamps (block of 4) from the Tarifa Básica del Rey, with a perforation authorized by the Post Office exclusively for the ECC Santander 2019. The reason for the card is the 500th anniversary of the round-the-world trip made by Magellan and Elcano in 1419. In the image above the ship we can read "Carné 2019 Promoción Filatelia".
